Return Process

  1. Check upon Receipt: Please check items while the driver is present. Reject and photograph fresh food issues immediately.
  2. After-sales Application: For non-immediate issues, contact us within 24 hours with order ID and photos.
  3. Review & Process: We review within 1 working day and arrange replacement or refund upon confirmation.

Non-returnable Situations

  • Personal reasons (e.g., wrong order, taste preference).
  • Issues reported after 24 hours.
